In 1979, a game of Asteroids was interrupted by the birth of Lance King (me). Several drawings of Big Bird with no arms later, I found my calling as an artist. After years of drawing caricatures at amusement parks and events, I've established myself as a professional illustrator and caricature artist. Now I am employed full time as an illustrator/graphic designer at American Education Corporation, and I find time for freelance illustration and event caricatures. I've since come to terms with the fact that Big Bird actually has two arms.
